My childhood struggles

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve struggled with unhealthy eating addictions. I would constantly eat stuff such as peanut butter cups, pizza, etc. My weight slowly went up once my metabolism slowed down, and I eventually got pre-diabetes as a result. Once that happened, I devoted my time and effort into eating clean while lifting weights. I desperately wanted to get out of my unhealthy body, so I ate as clean as possible and I went to the gym almost everyday. As a result, my body became healthy, I lost weight, and I got lean during the process! For anyone of you that think that making that kind of change is impossible, it isn’t. You have to want it bad enough and once the motivation runs out, all you need is the discipline to stay consistent! If I can do it, then so can you!😈🤝
