My childhood struggles

Ever since I was a kid, Iโ€™ve struggled with unhealthy eating addictions. I would constantly eat stuff such as peanut butter cups, pizza, etc. My weight slowly went up once my metabolism slowed down, and I eventually got pre-diabetes as a result. Once that happened, I devoted my time and effort into eating clean while lifting weights. I desperately wanted to get out of my unhealthy body, so I ate as clean as possible and I went to the gym almost everyday. As a result, my body became healthy, I lost weight, and I got lean during the process! For anyone of you that think that making that kind of change is impossible, it isnโ€™t. You have to want it bad enough and once the motivation runs out, all you need is the discipline to stay consistent! If I can do it, then so can you!๐Ÿ˜ˆ๐Ÿค
